The Hartford Film Showcase is a one-day event, highlighting some of the best filmmaking talent in the Hartford area. Hosted at Cinestudio on Saturday, February 7th, the event will be free and open to the public.
The Hartford Film Showcase is presented by The Hartford Film Foundation and is made possible by the support of the Greater Hartford Arts Council.

Selected films recently shot in the Hartford area will recieve a $250 screening fee.
SCREENPLAY COMPETITION
30 pages or less
Prize: $500 toward production
Must be at least one of the following:
•Be set in the city of Hartford, or capable of being filmed in Hartford
•Be written by a Hartford resident or someone with strong ties to Hartford
